“ The staff we're super accommodating and the lamb shanks were soooo tender and soft and well seasoned and the mash potato was veryy soft and warm most of the staff are super accommodating and kind and won't accept tips but they truly deserve to be celebrated for putting a lot of efforts into their customer service and need a salary bump ”

“ The food is average when delivered (I'm sure that if it was cooked and eaten close), but the on-duty manager did something that no other vendor - or representative of - has ever done for a missing item from an order. I'm always referred back to the delivery service through whom I place my order... generally to no avail, or much ado to get some kind of redress. All the incorrect orders and/or missing items adds up over time. I had ordered the Baklava pack that I didn't notice was missing until the Uber driver left. I rang the establishment and was met with the usual response of offering a voucher, or referring me back to Uber. He was only doing what he's been told to do, until I mentioned customer goodwill. Most vendors with whom I've had to ring, this gentleman obviously heard what I was saying, and agreed to contact Uber to finish their delivery at their expense. I would like to think that he didn't have to pay for it because, as I explained, it's not Uber's responsibility to check orders that they pick up (although they should be checking off the items for the order printed out for them) but I didn't want a voucher and I shouldn't have to work this hard to get the rest of my meal. He had the chance to make this right without any further expense or inconvenience to me or not... and he did! And the baklava pack was well worth waiting for!!! Thank you for showing your common sense and your loyalty to your customers. That was worth a star all on its own. May your honesty and care be rewarded ”
